General Policies
Processing
All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days after the first 24 hours of placing your order. Order confirmation will be sent immediately, while tracking information will be sent upon shipment.
Refunds
Shop MCSQD does not issue refunds. Returns only include exchanges or store credit.
Customers are responsible for RETURN shipping unless the order was filled in error or defective.
All sale items or items purchased with a discount code cannot be returned and will not be accepted. Sale items are FINAL sale.
Returns
Customers are responsible for RETURN shipping unless the order was filled in error or defective. RETURN shipping fee will be deducted from store credit balance. RETURN ITEMS MUST be POST MARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit. All items must be received back in its original form. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging. Items cannot be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, or noticeable smells including deodorant and perfume.
All items returned that do not follow these conditions will be returned to customer at the completion of a reshipment fee.
Once this fee is completed, the denied returned item will be shipped back to customer.
Exchanges
You have 7 days from date of delivery to decide if you would like to exchange your item. Exchanges are contingent upon inventory availability. Please be aware that items sell out quickly and your desired exchange item is not guaranteed. If we cannot fulfill your exchange you will receive store credit

Once we receive and accept your return we will ship out your exchange within a 48 hour window. Please visit our "Contact Us" page for exchange inquires. Be sure to include your order number in your request for accuracy and identification purposes.
Note: All exchanges must be requested and approved before returning. All unapproved exchanges will be denied and returned to sender.

Change and Cancellations
NO CANCELLATIONS. Once your order is placed we are unable to cancel it.
Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes and cancellations to orders once they have been placed.

Damages
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately by sending an email to: support@shopmcsqd.com
Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
Shop MCSQD is not responsible for LOST, STOLEN or MISSING packages. Shop MCSQD is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the postal service that have not been received. It is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal service regarding their order with their tracking information.
