Processing
All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days after the first 24 hours of placing your order. Order confirmation will be sent immediately, while tracking information will be sent upon shipment.
Refunds
Shop MCSQD does not issue refunds. Returns only include exchanges or store credit.
Shop MCSQD is not responsible for LOST, STOLEN or MISSING packages. Shop MCSQD is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the postal service that have not been received. It is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal service regarding their order with their tracking information.
All sale items or items purchased with a discount code cannot be returned and will not be accepted. Sale items are FINAL sale.
Exchanges
You have 7 non-business days to decide if you would like to exchange your item. Exchanges are contingent upon inventory availability. Please be aware that items sell out quickly and your desired exchange item is not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for RETURN/EXCHANGE shipping unless the order was filled in error or defective. Customers are also liable for the condition in which the item is returned in. Exchange item(s) should be unworn, with the tags attached and in its original form and packaging.
Once we receive and accept your return we will ship out your exchange within a 48 hour window. Please visit our "Contact Us" page for exchange inquires. Be sure to include your order number in your request for accuracy and identification purposes.
Note: All exchanges must be requested and approved before returning. All unapproved exchanges will be denied and returned to sender.
